Christina H. Kranias is a member of Upton & Hatfield’s business and real estate practice groups. She has experience in drafting contracts, corporate governance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
She received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
Christina received a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law with a certificate in Entertainment Law. During law school, she was an executive board member of the UNH Franklin Pierce Health Law Moot Court and received the Warren B. Rudman Summer Fellowship.
Prior to joining Upton & Hatfield, Christina was a legal extern at a business and transactional law firm in New Hampshire and also externed with the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights.
Christina is currently involved in the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and the Hellenic Bar Association of New England. Christina is fluent in Greek.
