Laura Dudziak focuses her practice on family law, estate planning and probate, elder law and Medicaid and SSDI applications. Laura is a native of New Hampshire and has worked as an attorney since 2003, representing clients in a variety of cases including divorce, parenting, child support, domestic violence, estate planning, and civil litigation. While in law school, Laura worked for retired NH Supreme Court Justice James Duggan, drafting case summaries for the New Hampshire Bar News.
Laura served two terms on the Milford Board of Selectmen and has also been a member of the Milford Planning Board, Milford Zoning Board, Milford Conservation Commission, and the Wadleigh Memorial library. She is currently the Treasurer for Town of Milford and serves on the Share Outreach Board.
Laura received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Notre Dame College (summa cum laude) in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from UNH School of Law in 2003. A member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Laura is licensed to practice in all New Hampshire state courts as well as the United States District court for the District of the New Hampshire.
